The MM-COMBI is an easy to use handheld thermometer, which is ideal for a wide range of applications, particularly repeat temperature recordings where accuracy and speed are important. The integral sensor is a general purpose needle probe for use wherever penetration of semi-solid product is required, eg cooked/chilled foods.
