The HI-762PW/LUM Thermistor penetration probe is suitable for use with any make of Lumberg food thermometer. This penetration probe is fitted with a moulded white handle, 1m cable and a Lumberg screw locking plug. Suitable for use with the HI-93502 and HI-95502 thermometers.
