The Solo with Fixed Folding Penetration Probe features in-screen indicators for Cook, Chill and Frozen temperatures.

It has a wide temperature measurement range of - 50 to 150 °C.

Weighing only 155 grams it is lightweight and has a clear, easy to read LCD display.

The casing is ergonomically designed for ease of use and splashproof to avoid damage to the electronics in damp areas.

It is accurate to ± 0.5°C (at 23°C).
