Very handy  Great value thermometer. I bought it to measure temperature of apple juice inside bottles while they were standing in a boiling pan to pasteurize it, and it worked brilliantly.    -

  Great Value but not the best for accuracy  The thermometer is excellent value for money, however, I am using it for brewing and found it not accurate enough for me. its 2.5' out compared to my other thermometer and shows boiling water at 96'. If you can cope with these variances then its great value if not I suggest spending a bit more.   Jake - West Yorkshire
