The extra long (200mm) probe is particularly useful for measuring the temperature of food and liquids in deep containers.

The thermometer comes complete with protective plastic case and pocket clip.

It can display temperatures in °C or °F and has a temperature alarm function. It will read temperatures in the range: -10 to 110ºC + 14 to 230ºF.
