The HI-151-00 also offers a wider temperature range than most pocket thermometers, whilst maintaining the accuracy requirements of food legislation.

This extended temperature measuring range means you can use it for anything from frozen foods all the way up to hot oil temperatures.

It also performs a calibration check each and every time it is used, to ensure your results are accurate and reliable. This removes the need to buy a separate calibration test plug, saving you both time and money.
