The HI-762FS/LUM is suitable for use with any make of Lumberg Food Thermometer. This food simulant probe is designed to replicate the temperature profile of a small food package in a chiller cabinet, such as a sandwich. Suitable for use with the Hanna HI-93502 & HI-95502 thermometers.
