This handy thermometer can be used for a wide range of uses. The penetration probe is ideal for measuring the temperature of liquids and semi-solid foods and other materials. The probe folds back inside the main body of the instrument for to keep it safe whilst not in use. The probe can be used at an angle of 0 to 180° to provide the most suitable viewing angle.

The thermometer incorporates a strong magnet allowing it to be attached to suitable metallic surfaces and the wide temperature measurement range of -50°C to 300°C provides this instrument greater versatility than many in this price range.

An optional 1 hour auto-cut off feature is also included.

The thermometer is powered by a single button battery (supplied).
