This spirit-filled vertical fridge or freezer thermometer indicates temperature over the range of -40 to 40°C with a 1°C resolution.

The thermometer is housed in a plastic case (140 x 18 x 6 mm) and incorporates a clearly marked temperature scale with colour-coded zones. There are two green areas showing the safe storage temperatures for food in the refrigerator and the freezer.

The thermometer is designed to be hung from a shelf in a fridge, freezer or cold cabinet and is popular with home users as well as caterers and retail food shops.
