Using the FM15 Digital Oven Thermometer with Alarm, you won't have to repeatedly open your oven door to check on the internal temperature of cooking food.

The FM15 includes a stainless steel probe on a 1 metre silicone cord which detects the temperature of your food as it cooks. The display unit, which remains outside of the oven, shows the temperature of the food and sounds an alarm to let you know when the food is cooked to your exact preset temperature. The temperature unit has a selectable °C or °F switch and you'll find the displayed temperature digits bold and easy to read.

Applications include display of fridge, freezer, incubator or oven temperature. The adjustable high alarm when exceeded is audible for one minute or can be cancelled by pressing the Clear alarm ‘off’ button. Both maximum and minimum temperatures are recorded and can be displayed on screen, and easily reset or cleared. When not in use the metal probe can be stored in the side probe clip.

  A very easy to use and efficient product  I use this thermometer to check the temperature of jam and jelly, which it does very well as long as you can dangle the probe in the boiling liquid at the right depth. The alarm facility is most useful, so I don't have to stand over it all the time. I am pleased to have found it.    -
